Bryan put a new Carrier HVAC system in my home this week. The quality of craftsmanship was incredible and I'm extremely picky. Bryan did everything he said, when he said he'd do it. I don't hire contractors for many things because I'm often unhappy with the results and prefer to do the work myself, but in this case, Bryan delivered and more. It's easy to see why he named his company "Done Right", it fits perfectly! Update 12/2024 Just had Bryan replace my hot water heater with a tankless unit. As always, his work is impeccable. I called him and he got back to me within 24 hours even though he was on vacation out of the country. This type of service and professionalism isn't found often these days. Strongly recommend Done Rite to anyone needing repairs or replacement!

I had such a great experience with Done Right Heating! From the very start, they were super prompt, efficient, and easy to work with. Their response time was quick, and they were so patient when explaining everything about the heating and cooling process. They really helped me understand what would work best for my home. Bryan, the owner, worked with me over the past couple of months and was awesome to deal with. He went above and beyond to help me make my home more energy-efficient and made sure I felt comfortable with all the choices we made. The day of installation went perfectly. The team showed up on time, got right to work, and installed my new furnace, A/C, and hot water heater super fast. They were efficient, friendly, and made sure to clean up every area they worked in, it looked spotless when they were done! After everything was installed, Bryan walked me through all the new equipment and explained how everything works. I really appreciated that extra time he took. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs heating or cooling work done and wants to make their house more energy efficient!!

I had called three other heating and cooling companies before I heard of Done Rite. They were the only company that seemed to want to help me replace my mini split AC/Heat units in my house. They came when scheduled, helped me through the whole process and did a fantastic job.

Honesty, transparency, attention to detail, great price - all of it!! Including top-notch emergency service!!! Again...if you want it done right - this is the only call you gotta make!!!

We have nothing but great things to say about the service provided. Not only were they able to get our AC back up and running quickly, but provided an excellent range of options for a new HVAC system. The installation of the new unit was seamless and we cannot be happier with the work.

True professional work!

Bryan arrived within hours of my call. Identified the problem with the AC immediately and got right to work. We were up and running within an hour! My hero of the day!

We called Brian late in the afternoon on the hottest day of the year. he said he would be there the next morning and he was there early. fast and excellent service and a reasonable price. I will definitely use this company again

5 stars isn't enough for this company. Genuine, quality, and the best customer service will only and forever be working with this company and I recommend the same to anyone reading this. Had a problem with my Air conditioner on the hottest day of the year. I called them and they were there with in an hour. Fixed the problem very fast . Great personality and very clean and respectful of my house.

Bryan and his team did an excellent job and even with complications with getting my product due to the unique nature of my set up, they communicated every step of the way.

Would 10/10 recommend Done Right for any project. Our AC was very old and on its way out. Called in the morning and they were out that evening. Needed to upgrade both the heating and cooling in our house. Within a week the project was completed. Communication was never an issue. On installation day they arrived before their scheduled time and were done before the end of the work day. Loved these guys and will be referring them to all our family and friends.

After hearing great recommendations about Done Rite, we decided to contact them for a quote. We needed to update our HVAC and water heater. Bryan called us that same day and came out the next morning to take a look at our current system and provide a quote. He was very informative about programs, equipment, what would work best in our home, and answered all questions we had. He provided us with 3 options that night! He was available day and night to answer our questions by phone or text. His prices were also much better than other competition for the same product. Once we accepted, he jumped in scheduling us and got in right away! He said it would take a day and a half and he was able to get it done in one day! He kept my house clean during the project and was so polite and friendly. I’m so impressed with his work! He is extremely trustworthy. I’ve never ever worked with a contractor that was this responsive and competent! I highly recommend calling Bryan from Done Rite! You will not be sorry!
